How HandKind Construction collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.

This policy explains how HandKind Construction Co. ("HandKind," "we," "us") handles information collected through handkindconstruction.ca. It does not apply to information you share with us by phone, in person, or through any other channel outside this website.
When you submit the project estimate form or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address, project details, and any files or photos you choose to upload. We only collect what you enter; we don't require account creation to use these forms.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate usage data and is not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit a form.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your inquiry or delivering a project you've hired us for.
Project and contact form submissions on this site are processed through JobTread, a third-party construction management platform we use to run our business. Your information is stored in our JobTread account, not on this website's server. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's own privacy terms.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. These cookies don't identify you personally. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings if you'd prefer not to be tracked this way.
We keep form submissions and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, and maintain business and warranty records afterward. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll action the request.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@handkindconstruction.ca. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
This website and our services are directed at adults seeking home renovation work. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
